Architecture... naturally !
Sustainable building development is an intrinsic value of architecture. The quality of a building is the result of site research, the proportion and interlocking of volumes, the play of natural light and the choice of materials. Occupant comfort is strongly defined by the management of light, temperature, air flow and air humidity. DJA has a holistic approach to all of these parameters. Of course the office is careful to respect your program, the expected operation, and will operate within budget and deadlines.
Environmental Building Quality
The approach of environmental building quality and energy management is an integral part of our architectural design. DJA implements healthy materials without VOCs. It limits the amount of embodied energy required for construction. According to need, DJA proposes building structures in concrete, metal or wood. This last material is particularly mastered by the office. Wood construction is well suited to building with an environmental approach: low CO2 emissions, high performance passive building and energy efficient.
Energy management
The office does not simply comply with French thermal regulations but goes much further. DJA routinely offers its clients low energy, net zero energy or positive energy buildings. Good architectural design enables these objectives to be obtained at a mastered cost. DJA’s life cycle cost approach shows that a bio-climatic building is always a winner. DJA is a registered MINERGIE ® specialist partner.
